Ricongiungimento al coniuge lavoratore.
Il S.I.M. Guardia di Finanza richiede all’Autorità di Vertice di poter riconoscere al personale del Corpo, al pari dei colleghi dell’Arma dei Carabinieri, il “Ricongiungimento al coniuge lavoratore”, ritenendo che non si possa limitare il diritto del singolo dipendente di formare una famiglia, né l’obbligo al mantenimento morale e materiale dei minori che la compongono in funzione della mera appartenenza dei coniugi/conviventi alla medesima Amministrazione, tale diritto, infatti, è costituzionalmente garantito ad ogni cittadino e per questo devono essere rimossi gli ostacoli che limitano il richiamato diritto finanche quando uno dei coniugi/conviventi non fosse appartenente al Corpo.
La circolare vigente fin dal 2010 nell’Arma, con assoluta lungimiranza concede la possibilità al proprio personale, con coniuge lavoratore dipendente a tempo indeterminato, di presentare istanza di trasferimento, in ambito sia nazionale sia regionale, al fine di dare immediato riscontro alla crescente richiesta di ricongiungimento familiare, avendo evidenti ricadute positive sul personale dell’Arma divenendo un lungimirante istituto di tutela alla famiglia.
Questo Sindacato Italiano Militari – Guardia di Finanza, sulla scorta dell’impianto normativo nazionale ed interno alla nostra amministrazione, ed in considerazione della crescente richiesta che gli iscritti e non pongono ai nostri Dirigenti sindacali su tutto il territorio nazionale, e valutando molto positivamente quanto disposto con circolare interna dall’Arma dei Carabinieri circa l’istituto del ricongiungimento familiare, chiede di voler intraprendere, con anche l’ausilio fattuale di questo sindacato, ogni utile iniziativa per addivenire ad una normativa interna paritetica a quella della “Benemerita”.
